On the example of my own body, I have developed my own methods that allow me to achieve intended effects in a shorter time.
I approach each case individually and listen to problems that are often underestimated.
Workouts take place in a private fitness studio. As a result, you uphold your concentration throughout your training, eliminate external stimuli, and above all, we are able to use the entire session to the fullest (there is no queueing for machines or looking for replacement exercises). This help to make the most of the time you pay for.
Through individual personal trainings, which take place in an intimate fitness studio, you feel at ease and the quality of trainings is higher. An atmosphere in which all concentration is based on you is conductive to achieving faster results. If you want to achieve greater results than other in a shorted time, this form of training will be suitable for you.
Attention! You do not need a subscription to the studio where the personal trainings with me are taking place.
I am a certified masseur, as well as a certified and accredited (REP’s) personal trainer. Massage is a particular important element of therapy for me since I like to use the treatment and appreciate their beneficial effects on the body. I constantly improve my competence, participate in trainings in order to be able to guarantee the highest quality of my services.
Personal training is just as close to me as I want to offer innovative methods that will allow you to achieve the intended results in the shortest possible time. In order to stand out for the competition, I have to actively develop me theoretical and practical knowledge.
Currently, I am in the process of nursing studies, which I treat as an additional aid in understanding the human body, processes that take place in it and its efficiency.
In my spare time, apart for massages or training at the gym I love to ride the bike. I consider the time spent actively to be the very best use of it. I enjoy journeys that develop the personality, shape preferences and allow me to discover new hobbies. I like to share my energy with others and make a boring day turn into an interesting adventure.
